Instinct Pet Food (current)
Instinct is the primary brand of Nature's Variety, a premium pet food company based out of St. Louis, MO. As an insurgent brand, our mission is to redefine what "better" means in the pet food industry. We passionately support raw nutrition for pets - meaning food that's minimally processed, never cooked, with nutrients intact.

Until I accepted a full-time position at Nature's Variety in Fall 2017, Instinct didn't have a consistent social media presense or a designated social media manager. Given our low brand awareness, my focus has been to build a community of raw believers by sharing content that elevates Instinct, highlights what makes us better, and resonates with pet parents everywhere who want only the best for their pets.
Past Social Media Clients​
Past social media clients span from many in St. Louis to a California company I worked for full-time. Within St. Louis, I have worked with clients ranging from long-standing cultural institutions to neighborhood community associations to St. Louis businesses. I have also freelanced for the Canadian site and search engine, Car Rental Express.
Mixed Bag Designs
Mixed Bag Designs (now Boon Supply) helps schools, teams and groups fundraise for their organization. Based out of Northern CA, they release new fundraiser catalogs every Spring and Fall. Products include tote bags, kitchen gadgets, accessories and more. Orgs sell from the catalogs or online to earn up to 50% of sales for their cause.
Founded in 1859, the Missouri Botanical Garden is the nation's oldest botanical garden in continuous operation and a National Historic Landmark. For over 154 years, the Garden has been an oasis in the city, a place of beauty and family fun—and also a center for education, science, and conservation.
The St. Louis Symphony is an American symphony orchestra based in St. Louis, Missouri. Founded in 1880 by Joseph Otten as the St. Louis Choral Society, the St. Louis Symphony is the second-oldest symphony orchestra in the United States, preceded only by the New York Philharmonic.

A century ago at this location, streetcars from downtown “looped around” to return to the city, which gave the area its name. That movement and momentum continue today, as The Loop expands into the City of St. Louis with the exciting new growth and development that have made it a destination.
The Moonrise Hotel in St. Louis, Missouri, blends cool modern design and quirky sophistication to create a truly unique boutique hotel experience. From the ever-changing colors of the iridescent lobby wall and open staircase to the evocative art, display cases of lunar toys, jewelry, figurines and spaceships at Eclipse Restaurant, there’s much to marvel at without ever leaving the hotel.
Fitz's root beer was established in 1947 at Fitz's Drive-In. After the drive-in closed, the recipe was pushed aside until a revival in 1993. The new restaurant opened in 1993 in The Delmar Loop, and is equipped with a vintage, fully-operational bottling line viewable from the dining room. Fitz's brews 12 sodas from their on-site bottling line, and Fitz's is available in grocery stores and restaurants in Missouri and beyond.
Car Rental Express is a company based out of Vancouver that serves as an online search engine for independent car rental agencies. With destinations from North America, South America, and Europe, CRX is the only renter-rated resource to find independent car rentals across the globe.
